As Realtors, I have to admit that before Brian, we never liked to use lenders that were not local. We had major issue come up with our local lender over a week into the escrow. Our client came up with Brian and I said its worth a shot.
Long story short, we were amazed at that he got right on it, answered his phone when needed, got him a great rate and even closed on time. Remember he came into this transaction well over a week late.
